The collection debuted on the 8th of November in a grand event in New York, which was nothing short of spectacular. Pier 57 was transformed into a glittering mass of gold and disco balls, reflecting the ethos of the collection itself.

Bunmi Koko’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection, showcased last month at London Fashion Week, was full of colour, taking on an aqua theme influenced by the Sirens of Greek mythology. It showed real versatility as rippling fabrics and taught constructed pieces ran alongside one another. The collection also offered something for everyone, featuring a multitude of garments and styles.
Joanne Hynes Spring/Summer 2012 collection was fun, quirky and a little confusing. From the press release attempt to describe the ‘Joanne Hynes girl’ it was clear that this was a near impossible task, full of contradictions and attempts to include just about every fashion era. It was evident that the collection would be conflicted.
